Understanding Dyslexia: A guide for families workshop provides parents with a foundational understanding of dyslexia, a common but often misunderstood learning difference affecting reading, spelling, and writing.  Parents/caregivers will also learn about early identification, debunk common myths, and gain tools for advocating for appropriate school-based interventions.  

Audience: Parents and caregivers seeking to understand dyslexia and are early in their advocacy journey.
