The Physical and Mental Health Committee continues this year's initiative, Stay Active with AADST the 1st Saturday of every month. For the month of April, we are participating in the Mayor's Community 5K in Grand Prairie on April 6th, 8:00am-12:00pm. This event is family friendly and you can walk, stroll, or run. This is a free event, no registration required. If you cannot make it to the 5K, please exercise on your own, take a picture of yourself and your activity tracking, and add both pictures to the AADST Stay Active Photo Circle. Let's stay ACTIVE and Live WELL! Meet us at the Farmer's Market!

AADST Delta Academy and Delta GEMS Youth Programs will partner with Greater Community MBC to host a Canned Food Drive on Saturday April 6, 2024, from 10am - 12pm. The food drive will support Arlington Charities who will distribute to our neighbors in need throughout Arlington, TX.
Our goal is to collect 1K canned goods and/or nonperishable food items. We are seeking your support to help the youth reach their goal. Please come out and support by donating to this worthy cause.
