Tarrant County Chapters Fight Hunger Collaboration

Please support The Tarrant County Chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Fight Hunger Collaboration.  Arlington Alumnae, North Central Texas, & Fort Worth Alumnae have joined together to help stock food pantries for Tarrant County Community Colleges.  TCC Southeast, TCC South and TCC Northeast students will benefit from these services. These items will help assist college students that face hunger and cannot afford to purchase food items while on campus and on weekends while at home with their families.  According to USDA, Texas is the second-worst state for hunger with above average food insecurity between 2020 to 2022. Texas Food Banks Urge Legislators to Fight College Hunger, Improve Graduation Rates.  In Texas, 38% of students at two-year colleges experience hunger. Let’s all join together to improve student success.
